Our Story

Your coaches are college sweethearts, spirit mates and partners in life and enterprise. In July of 2016 they will celebrate 32 years of wedded bliss. They are the proud parents of three Kingdom purposed young adults: Shante Venice (David), Shannon Kellene (DaRon) and Joshua Imani, and the grandparents of two beautiful grand-daughters, Lyric Melinda and Tehila Brittany Jade.

 

Harold was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pa., and Kellie was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. They are products of the public schools in their respective hometowns, they are both alumni of Hampton University in Hampton, Va. Harold received his Masters of Divinity degree from Howard University School of Divinity in May of 1992; and at present is a Holistic Life Coach and is currently a Bishop John R. Bryant Fellow in the Payne Theological Seminary Doctor in Ministry Program. Kellie received her Masters of Theological Studies from Wesley Theological Seminary in May of 1997, and is now a certified Transformation Life Coach and has completed the certificate program in the Foundations of Christian Leadership at Duke Divinity School. At present, Kellie is a Excellence in Leadership Doctoral Ministry Candidate at Wesley Theological Seminary. Together they have almost 50 years of experience as Spiritual Preachers,Teachers, Mentors & Pastors. During those years they have gained experience as lecturers, seminar/workshop facilitators, and conference/retreat organizers. They are excited about adding author to their list of accomplishments as they are both working on their first books.  

 

The Hayes's pledged Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. (Harold) and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. (Kellie) in Spring of 1982. Together they have established H & K Global Enterprises, dedicated to holistic transformational coaching to empower couples, and individuals to walk in purpose and power. They also offer strategic planning for personal, corporate and community development.

 

Both Harold and Kellie are ordained Itinerate Elders in the African Methodist Episcopal Church, serving in the Washington Conference of the Second Episcopal District. As the Senior and Executive Pastor of Hunter Memorial and beyond, their desire is to focus on life, love and healing for all people to live their best life now.
